Hey Guys - super excited to get going and thank you for being a part of this! We’re launching two programmes in March, one for beginners and one for more intermediate-advanced trainees.
Have a look through the description below and let me know which one suits you best. If you’re not sure just drop me a message and I can advise. I’m also able to switch you between programmes if needed, so no pressure!

Build
Skill Level: Intermediate - Advanced
Equipment: Full Gym
Duration: 6 Week BlocksThis is our Flagship women’s body recomposition programme
The programme runs in 6 week blocks of 3-4 sessions per week.
Requires full gym access but exercise swaps for any equipment you don’t have access to are provided where possible
This can be suitable for anyone, but the Build: Foundation programme will be better suited if you are unsure about your exercise technique.

Build: Foundation
Skill Level: Beginner
Equipment: Full Gym
Duration: 6 WeeksThis programme is designed to get you prepared to do the Build v1.0 Programme.
Best suited to those new to the gym, or unsure about using cable machines/squat racks etc.
The workouts follow a familiar structure each week but the exercises slowly progress.
For example, you’ll start out with goblet squats and progress to barbell squats and leg press machines.
New exercises are added gradually so you typically only have 1-2 new things to focus on each session.
We’ll also be posting helpful tutorial bits on using any new kit!
There are 24 individual workouts in the programme which will take around 6 weeks if doing 4 session per week or 8 weeks if doing 3 sessions per week.
