Using Your Nutrition Plan

Your personalised nutrition plan gives a recommended calorie and protein target for you goal. There’s several ways you can go about sticking to this:

Tracking in the Reframe App

The Reframe App has a built in nutrition tracking feature similar to MyFitnessPal that allows you to create your own recipes, search for your own snacks, scan food barcodes and even keep a photo food diary.

We also have an in-app recipe library with hundreds of recipe and snack options suitable for your plans. You’re more than welcome to track your calories this way while sticking to the allocated calorie and protein targets for each meal and snack window in your plans.

Nutrition Hub Resources

You’re currently in the Reframe Nutrition Hub! This is the place to find additional content to support your plan.

You’ll find extra resources like ‘on-the-go lunch options’ and various ‘snack lists’ that can be used alongside your plans. We also have an additional recipe database here collating some of the best fitness food recipes online!

Video Library
