
Using Your Nutrition Plan
After completing your Nutrition Questionnaire you’ll have received a Nutrition Plan with specific targets for your goal. Here’s a run through of how to use your plan and our resources to maximise your results!
Your plan includes a recommended calorie and protein intake based on the information you provided about yourself and your goal in your Nutrition Questionnaire.
These targets are also split across three meals and a snack window to space your intakes sensibly across the day.
You can fill these windows using the following resources:
Any recipes in the Reframe App that hit your calorie and protein targets.
Any lunch or dinner options in the ‘Easy Meals’ resource pages that fit your targets.
Any of the options in the ‘Snacks’ resource pages that you can mix and match to stay within your snack budget.
You can also use the Reframe App to log your own recipes and snacks. Here is a guide on how to do so.
You’ll also find pages on key areas specific to your situation and goal, alongside actionable steps to address them.
The Video Content Library has further info on all key barriers and goals that can help support your plan.
Accountability
Your plan comes alongside some advice around accountability and a reminder about our weekly check-in forms.
Forms are voluntary but provide you with the opportunity to feedback successes and struggles each week.
You can also send questions via the app’s message box at anytime. Your questions will be covered in our weekly Q&A sessions.
